Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Coastal Outdoors is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package appears to be lost, delayed, or misdelivered, we will assist where possible, but carrier investigations and claim decisions are handled by the shipping carrier.

Coastal Outdoors is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packing materials
  • Photos of the shipping label

Please keep all packaging and shipping materials until the issue is resolved. Carriers may require packaging inspection for damage claims.

If your order arrives with an incorrect item or appears to be missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any helpful photos. We will review the order and work to correct the issue when appropriate.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, undeliverable, or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, the order may be refunded less original shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fee.

If the item is eligible to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, Coastal Outdoors may contact you with options, issue a refund, cancel the affected item, or cancel the order.

Backordered items will ship when available unless canceled before fulfillment.
