The Cold Steel AD-10 delivers massive cutting and piercing power in a compact, sub-4″ folding knife. Designed by master knifemaker Andrew Demko, the AD-10 resembles the brute strength of the 4-MAX—but in a lighter, more carry-friendly format built for high performance without drawing unwanted attention.
At its core is an ultra-wide CPM-S35VN blade, ground thin at the edge and honed to razor sharpness for unmatched slicing, shearing, and piercing ability. Despite its cutting aggression, the blade remains exceptionally resistant to bending, breaking, or chipping—making it ideal for hunting, survival, and hard-use outdoor applications.
The AD-10 handle is equally overbuilt, featuring:
Heat-treated, full-length aluminum liners
3D-machined G-10 scales
Oversized hardware and integral finger guard

To say this knife is outstanding is the understatement of the decade. I truly love this knife and don’t let the size bother you. It carries very nicely and there is no weight issue for me at all. I carry this as an EDC and for personal defense along with my 1911.
